Comforters:
All of our White Goose Down comforters made from German fabric are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The use of a comforter cover is required to maintain your warranty. We are not responsible, however, for damage, abuse, or improper care. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Comforters of German fabric carry the "Confidence in Textiles" certificate. Our "Basic" down comforters are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. Featherbeds:
Featherbeds are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. We are not responsible for damage, abuse, or improper care. Featherbeds should be used with a protective cover. Some settling of the fill contents is to be expected and is a natural result of oils, moisture, and environmental factors. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All featherbeds returned to White Goose Down Comforters.Com may be subject to a return handling charge. Featherbeds that are retuned to us are destroyed. They cannot be resold. While we consider the loss to be a cost of doing business today, we cannot also afford the costs of handling and processing the return. As such, a small charge may be necessary. Ask your salesperson for additional information. We remind all customers that although featherbeds are tremendously popular, there are many people who would not like them. They can be hot to sleep on and not suited to people who require a firm, flat mattress for medical reasons. Featherbeds are not for use by infants or small children. If you are not completely satisfied with your down purchase during the first twenty-one days, return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Bed linens, including sheets, duvet covers, shams, pillow cases, and protectors are returnable within thirty days if unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Regrettably, custom sewn, custom sized, or monogrammed linens are not returnable. Featherbeds may be subject to a return handling charge (see explanation under Limited Warranty above). Of course, we also service all the down products we made by our in the US by our manufacturer. So if the pillows you choose turn out to be too firm or too soft, we can have it adjusted for you within 1 year of purchase. If you would like additional firmness, we charge only for the down or feathers added. If we remove fill, then we return it to you in a cotton shell for later use or to have as a small pillow (bedding laws prohibit us from reselling down once it has been used, so it must be returned to you). We will do everything possible to earn your continued business.
