Only the finest long-staple cotton is selected, and spun into specialized yarns of superior fineness and strength. They are tightly woven to an optimal thread count ranging from 226 to 360, creating a fabric that is exceptionally fine to the touch, yet strong and durable enough to provide years of service. Our manufacture uses many different fabric weaves, including goose down-proof cambric, sateen, batiste, and twill. White Goose Down Comforter Construction and Design

Although our manufacture makes many different style comforters, all comforters in this site are made with our superior Baffled Box construction. The comforter is constructed from the "inside out," using a series of internal fabric walls, or baffles, separating the top and bottom layers of fabric. The baffles create individual boxes into which down is blown, weighed to the hundredth of an ounce. The Baffled Box system allows the down to reach its maximum loft, while preventing it from shifting.
